Model 2000 Shale Shaker Screen

The main mesh size is API40-API325. and there are also different types divided according to cut point or non-blanked area. Such as DX, DF, HP series screen

Mode 500 Shale Shaker Screen

Model 500 Series screens are available in FLAT and PINNACLE panels, can be fitted on all 500 series shale shaker. Innovative perforated metal panel can completely match the single side tensioning system, which reduces the screen replacement time.

The mesh sizes are mainly produced as API 40 to API 325. Presently, all these screen panels are utilized top quality super fine wire cloth for better conductance and higher filtration performance.

New technology is applied to the rubber strip bonding, with melt rubber particles extruded along the four sides of the screen back, the rubber strip is firmly bonded to the support plate.

Mode DP600 & HP600 Shale Shaker Screen

The single-side screen compression system is available in either left or right side operation. The system reduces screen panel replacement time to less than 45 seconds per panel, permitting complete shaker screen changes in less than three minutes. The manually operated compression system drives retention pins that force the screen panel downward against the concave screen bed, producing positive and uniform screen-to-deck sealing. The screen compression system increases screen life, improves conveyance, and prevents solids from passing under screen panels.

DP600 & HP600 screens are available in PINNACLE panels, which are designed to suit the screen compression system, extend the screen life, maximize the screen conductance, ensure a better solid control performance.
