Shale Shaker Screen Rubber Strip

Shale Shaker Screen Rubber Strip is used as screen buffer, to protect the shaker screens by preventing metal against metal deterioration and absorbing the shocks cased by solids falling on the screens. They also help keeping the screen in position.

Rubber strip on VSM 300 shaker screen is a round hollow strip inserted into the channel at the screen side. Others are most stick to the shale shaker screen back. With our advanced rubber strip extruding machine, the brand new rubber particles are melted then extruded to the screen back which makes our strip is tougher than other shale shaker screen manufacturers.
