Cobra Series/ATL-1000/LCM-3D Shale Shaker Screen

Cobra series screen are pre-tensioned screen panel. Steel frame supported shale shaker screens are built to withstand the harsh environments encountered while drilling.

The dimension is 1250 × 635. Supporting frame tube height is 25.4mm or 19.05mm. The new designed Cobra replacement shaker screen is called VENOM screen which has the same dimension with cobra screen. Cobra screens average weight is about 14kg.

The mesh size of original King Cobra shaker screen are ranged from API 45~API 400. According to different configuration of wire cloths with different layer and mesh types, the cut point will be from 40.3~328.1 micron

The triple-layer, oblong mesh configurations remove even the toughest solids from the drilling fluid, enabling greater control of drilling fluids and enhancing overall efficiency of the drilling operation.

National D285P/380 Shale Shaker Screen

Frame supported metal back screen approximately 46" from side to side and 28" in the direction of flow.

Steel Frame consists of a high strength of square steel tube or flat steel welded together, and with extra strengthening supporting tendons, mesh cloth can be combined with the metal plate and frame, or directly bonded on the frame. With special rubber plug, the tear area on the screen can be repaired.

By doing this, we can cut down time and reduce the production costs. We can supply steel frame screens with mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 325.

VSM300 Shale Shaker Screen

There are three screen decks on the VSM300 shale shaker, scalping deck, fine screen deck, dewatering deck. The screens for the 3 decks are scalping screen, primary screen, secondary screen or dryer screen. And the primary screen is the fine screen to separate the main harmful solid phase from the drilling fluids, it is also available in composite screen panels.

Steel frame V300 screen panels as well as composite screen panels are available for primary screen. Composite frame VSM300 screen is getting more and more popular at present.

LCM-2D Shale Shaker Screen

Hook strip replacement screens can be fit the LCM-2D shakers. The replacement screens utilize ultra fine screen cloth to maximize capacity while maintaining cut point integrity and minimizing near-size particle binding. Precisely perforated metal backing plate design features 1" perforated square apertures to greatly increase screen life and facilitate field repair for extended panel life.

The feed end screen is set at 0°; the other screens are inclined at +5°. This design reduces the depth of the liquid pool to improve solids conveyance and reduce regrinding of solids while maintaining good flow properties.
